  2. Weather Resistance and Chemical Stability
    • Environmental durability: It features an operating temperature range of -30℃ to +70℃, and is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion (stable within a pH range of 3–11). It is immune to mold and insect infestation, making it ideal for high-humidity coastal areas or light chemical industry environments.
    • Controllable flame retardancy: By adding flame retardants, it can meet the GB 8624 B1-grade flame-retardant standard (with an oxygen index ≥ 28). It produces no dripping during combustion and generates a moderate amount of smoke.
  3. Processing and Cost Advantages
    • Easy processability: It can be sawn, planed and bonded, and can even be manually cut with a utility knife, facilitating rapid on-site construction. Its surface allows printing, laminating or painting, delivering strong decorative effects.
    • Cost-effectiveness: Benefiting from low raw material prices, its production cost is only 1/3–1/2 that of PIR boards. It offers outstanding cost performance and is suitable for large-area applications with limited budgets.
